Bates PWSD#3 rural water district is a governmental entity organized to provide water services to rural areas.

PWSD3 purchases water from the City of Butler, MO. and constructs and maintains water infrastructure and pipelines, to ensure access to clean, safe, reliable, drinking water for residents.
