The Water District is NOT responsible for failure for a bill to reach its customer, whether via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Electronic Email.
It is YOUR responsibility to realilze that it is becoming more and more common for the end user to not receive USPS mail in a timely manner, or at all.
If, for any reason, you do not receive your bill by the 10th of each month, it is your responsibility to contact our office. Payments are still due to be paid on time.
Standard Residential Customers have a MINIMUM $15.00 monthly Water Service Availability Charge which DOES NOT include any water consumption or usage. Water Usage is $11.40 for the 1st 1,000 gallons, the next 14,000 gallons usage is charged at the rate of $10.40 per thousand. Over 15,000 gallons, is charged at the rate of $9.90 per 1,000 gallons, for each additional 1,000 gallons of usage. All charges are prorated to the individual gallon.

State & Local Sales Tax.
All Bills are due upon receipt. Bills are late if payment is not received by the 16th of each month.
Late Payment will result in a 10% late fee. To avoid late charges, please pay early or setup automatic bill payment.
The water district is not responsible for lost mail, late arrival of mail, etc.
A Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) rejection of payment will result in an additional $30.00 NSF Fee.
Additionally, Failure to Pay may result in Disconnection of Water Service, requiring a Reconnect Fee to reinstate.
In case of a special circumstance or situation that may warrant special consideration or a payment plan, please contact the Water Office Clerk. You may wish to appear at the next monthy Board of Directors meeting and explain a special situation, circumstance, or request a payment plan. All water district members are availed the benefit of requesting to be placed on the schedule to speak at a regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting.
Water Board of Director meetings are held 2nd Tuesday Each Month at 7pm at varying Board Members homes. Please contact the Clerk for Information.
